A Message
Dear Homeschooling Today Subscriber,
We sincerely hope you and your family are doing well during this challenging season. For us, the unknowns have halted us from time to time, and we’ve had to reimagine how we operate this business. Without conventions, our model for reaching families had to change. With much prayer, we felt led to pursue a new digital format that would be easy to use and provide a great experience for the reader. Since we cannot reach families in person, we needed a way to offer a digital solution. We found it! The latest issue is a whole new digital experience and we’re really excited about what this means for us moving forward. We’ve also made a major update to the website! I think more than anything though, we’re truly finding our voice and direction with the mission to homeschool boldly and help others do the same.
The print magazine will continue, but print costs are rising and as you’ve likely seen, the postal service is having issues so we can only hope the magazines will arrive at their destinations.
We’re releasing this free digital issue to as many people as possible to sustain us and support our advertisers. We hope you will enjoy it as a way of accessing the current issue in the meantime, while we get the print edition out to you. I don’t want you, dear subscriber, to feel forgotten. You are so not forgotten. In fact, I (Ashley) often pray over you and the content of each issue. I am passionate about producing the print edition as I know it helps refresh us when we’re not connected to a device that so frequently chimes in with notifications.
All of this is to say, don’t give up on us! We’re adapting to the changing market and making a way forward. We do need your grace though. While this issue has gone to the printer and will be mailing soon, it is going to arrive later than we intended. Please know we are diligently seeking the Lord so we can follow His call and serve you well.
So many thanks for your patronage. We couldn’t do this without you!
